Moms Run Stronger starts October 3rd, 2022!

Moms Run Stronger is a 12-week strength and running program to help you safely return to running postpartum.

Mamas, we see YOU. You’re tired, you’re overwhelmed, and frustrated.

You just wanted to be able to do the things you used to do, but you don’t even know where to start. The struggle to get off the floor those first few weeks (months, if we’re being honest) is real. It feels like every bit of strength you once had, just disappeared. We are here to remind you that you are stronger than you think. Your body just brought a beautiful human into this world and has been through a lot along the way. So be kind to yourself as you start this journey.

It can feel impossible to get back to your previous exercise routine. It’s hard to imagine having time for YOU, when your whole day feels like one big continuous workout without any rest breaks. Perhaps you are feeling frustrated because you’ve tried other workouts or went out for that first run before your body was truly ready. You aren’t alone in feeling this way.

It’s ok to start over. It's ok to start two years postpartum. It's ok to be nervous to start at all.

But most importantly, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own (you don’t need anything else on your plate). Let us guide you through 12 weeks of re-discovering what you are truly capable of. The Moms Run Stronger program provides strength workouts and walk/run progressions curated to not only get you stronger, but prepare you for a successful return to running.

With so much information (and misinformation) regarding postpartum fitness to sift through, we wanted to create a program that was educational, simple, and easy for any Mom to adapt to her busy schedule. It was our goal to create a program that helped moms to feel supported and empowered on their journey to returning to exercise.


Moms Run Stronger is more than an online program. It is a community of moms learning, growing, and getting stronger together.

Meet Rachel

My name is Rachel Pelletier, owner of Mamabear Fitness. I'm a health coach and perinatal exercise specialist. Additionally I have several years of experience working for Maine Medical Center in cardiac rehab. I am passionate about using functional fitness programs to help moms like you improve strength, confidence, and overall health. I enjoy recreational running as a way to keep my heart healthy and my head clear.

Meet Danielle

My name is Danielle Kroot. I am a physical therapist, running coach, and triathlon coach. Being a marathon runner and triathlete, I enjoy treating and coaching those in the running and triathlon community. I am also a co-founder of Starting Line Run Studio. In addition to being your go-to gal for all things running, I am a Mama of an adventurous 1 year old who has been my go-to running buddy!

Moms Run Stronger is a 12 week running and strength program to help you safely return to running postpartum. Here’s what you get when you join:

  • A comprehensive e-book that outlines your entire return to running plan and strength progressions, including exercise instructional videos. ($600 value)

  • 3 Guided audio runs. Throw in your headphones and let Danielle lead you through intervals paired with great tunes that match up with specific run progressions in the program. These are a great way to spice up your runs! ($100 value)

  • 5 Live Zoom group training sessions. Each session will be 60 minutes, consisting of 30 minutes of exercise and 30 minutes of post-workout discussion/q&a. (These will be recorded so you can replay them anytime!) ($200 value)

    • Kickoff Meeting Monday 10/3 @ 7:00 PM EST

    • Training Saturdays at 9:00 AM EST: 10/8, 10/29, 11/19, 12/10

  • Access to Trainerize, an online coaching app so you can have access to your exercise program at the tips of your fingers. ($50 value)

  • Over 30 exercise instructional videos to help make sure you feel confident in performing the exercises safely. ($100 value)

+ When does the program start?

The next group for Moms Run Stronger will start on October 3rd, 2022! Be sure to join the waitlist and be the first to know about program udpates and special offers.

+ How many weeks postpartum should I be to start the program?

Ideally, you should be 6 weeks postpartum and have received clearance from your doctor. We also highly encourage Mamas to consult with a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to provide a more thorough examination and address any symptoms early on. This is geared for Mamas that are looking to return to running safely and have not yet started a structured strength training routine.

+ Does it matter where I live?

Although Rachel & Danielle both live in Maine, the Moms Run Stronger program is virtual and can be done anywhere! We welcome all mamas, near and far. :)

+ What if I can’t make the zoom workouts? Will it be recorded?

Yes, absolutely! You will be able to re-watch the zoom workouts as many times as you want. You will also have 3 recorded audio runs (think a coach in your ear, taking you through various intensities).

+ What is the investment?

This is an investment in YOU and rediscovering your exercise routine. For less than $35/week (that would only be maybe 1-2 workout classes/week) you will have access to TWO professionals, an incredible community of active Moms, educational PDFs/videos, and zoom classes you can re-watch at anytime! + Will I be able to ask questions along the way?

Yes of course! After the Zoom Classes, Danielle and Rachel will stick around to answer any questions that you may have. Additionally, you can bring up any questions you have on our private Trainerize group. This program may be self-paced but you will not have to go through it alone!
