Virtual Private Coaching

This is my FAVORITE way to help clients see results. Together, we’ll establish a personalized program based on your goals, equipment availability, health history, and more. What would private coaching look like?

  • The Deep Dive: We start with a Pre-program Fitness Audit. I'll personally review your current habits and provide a roadmap to optimize your routine from day one.

  • Built for You: No "cookie-cutter" workouts here. You'll get an Individualized Training Program tailored to your specific goals and physical limitations, with fresh adjustments made every single month.

  • Fuel Your Body: If desired, we'll set Nutritional Goals and I'll provide the feedback you need to feel energized—not restricted.

  • Everything in Your Pocket: You'll get full membership to the Mamabear Fitness Mobile App, making it easy to track your workouts, nutrition, and healthy habits in one place.

  • Total Support: You're never alone in this. I provide ongoing messaging support, form reviews via video, and check-ins to ensure your program evolves as you do.

Pricing:

  • $100 per month (minimum 3-month commitment)

  • $500 paid in full for 6-months

In-Person Private Training

I see clients at my private studio in Buxton, Maine! Clients who work with me in person also receive access to my Trainerize app and an outline for at-home workouts.

Pricing:

  • 8-Pack of sessions $600 ($75 per hour)

  • Single Session $100 per hour
