In-Person Classes in Hollis, Maine
Are you ready to get stronger, feel healthier, and enjoy yourself in the process? This is a 45-minute full body workout appropriate for both beginners and seasoned exercisers. Together, we’ll focus on muscular endurance, core strength, and introductory plyometrics. Equipment used: bodyweight, bands, and sliders.
This class is the perfect addition to your current strength routine, or simply a great place to get started on a fitness journey!
