I’m a personal trainer with a passion for helping women get stronger through motherhood and beyond.
Hey, Rachel here!
Why I Do This
Finding time to exercise during motherhood is hard. As a mom myself, I completely get it—when the to-do list gets long, your own workouts are often the first thing to go. Whether you are a new mom or a veteran grammy, I’m here to take away the guesswork and create your blueprint for success.
My Approach
My goal is to help women build strength in a way that embodies balance, moderation, and confidence. I design realistic, sustainable programs that help you reach your goals while staying fully present in your everyday life.
My Specialty
While I love training women in all stages of life, I specialize in prenatal and postpartum fitness. By blending corrective exercise with functional strength training, I help moms feel powerful and capable throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Outside of the Gym
Most of the time, you’ll find me walking my husky, chasing around my son Rylan (after enjoying multiple coffees of course), and listening to an audiobook!
